Primary business: slaughtering, manufacturing of ready-to-cook foods.
Novo-Strelitamaksky Meat Packing Plant OAO is a successor to Sterlitamaksky Meat Packing Plant OAO. After large scale renovations and re-equipment in February 2002 production business was launched. Production capacities allow manufacturing 26 tons of meat and variety meat, and 5 tons of sausages a shift. Refrigerating equipment storing capacity makes 1,500 tons of concurrent storing.
The range of products manufactured is very extensive:
• Beef and pork, variety meat of the Ist and IInd categories, frozen and chilled;
• Ready-to-cook foods of natural meat, in slices and loin chops, in natural marinade, shelf life from 2 to 7 days;
• Liver sausages, frankfurters, small sausages, cooked in natural casing, casing raw materials, technical raw materials (skins of cattle).
The geographical area of products supplies include Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Perm, N. Chelny, Uliyanovsk, Kazan, Orenburg, Ufa, and Samara.
The enterprise is fitted up with modern machinery, own boiler house and compressor shop.
In June 2006, the natural ready-to-cook foods shop was commissioned, and machinery is always updated, advance techniques are introduced. It is envisaged construction completion and commissioning of a meat and fat shop.
