Its operations were launched in 1975.
In 1978, the cattle primary processing shop was commissioned, and the canning shop was launched the next year. The meat processing (sausage) shop started its operations in 1982 – maximum utilization of capacities.
By the mid-90s the situation worsened noticeably.
From September 2004 the Gotnyansky Meat Packing Plant was taken over bv the Parnas Group. After repairs and renovations the factory begins to restore to the output it used to be.
