It was built in 1964 designed for supply of the capital with meat ware. A classic 100-ton meat output factory – from integrated processing of all types of cattle to manufacturing of finished products. In the Soviet times it was always among the winners of the All-Union Exhibition of Achievement of National Economy (VDNKh). The curtailment of production from the mid-90s resulted in bankruptcy of the company.

In 2001, a strategic investor – the Parnas Meat Group came to the meat packing plant. Heavy capital investments in technical upgrading made it possible to launch the output of uncooked smoked sausages in 2003 as a primary business.
Equipment and practices of the leading world companies are employed among other things pneumatic chambers unique for Russia. Each item is strictly checked at the laboratory in terms of chemical and micro biological parameters before releasing to the finished product storage. Efficient and well-coordinated performance of all departments resulted in the prize places at trade shows and fairs for a wide range of goods and their premium quality.
